Licenses & downloads

Your purchases live in My Products. License keys are shown there, and downloads are delivered through protected links.

Check payment status, pay a pending order, or download your order details from the order page.

Most purchases can be refunded within 60 days. Request one directly from the order detail page.

Every order is covered — undelivered or misdescribed products are eligible for a refund.

Ask our team directly on the product page — answers are public and also appear in your account.

Where do I find my license key?

After payment clears, go to My Products in your account. Each product shows its license key, plan, and download options.

My order is pending — what now?

Pending orders are waiting for payment. Open the order and use the Pay button; once it clears, your entitlement is created automatically.

How do refunds work?

Open the order, choose Request refund, and describe the issue. Approved refunds return to your original payment method and revoke the license.

Can I download my purchases again later?

Yes — downloads stay available on your My Products page as long as the license is active. Links are entitlement-protected, not public.
